La Roche Posay's Effaclar A.I. is for local breakouts in oily skin with imperfections.

Effaclar A.I. is an intensive local treatment that deeply purges imperfections to accelerate reabsorption and prevent residual marks:
- Niacinamide halts the evolution of outbreaks,
- The combination of piroctone olamine and glycacil purifies the bacterial source to resorb the imperfection,
- Micro-exfoliating LHA and reparative La Roche-Posay thermal spring water activate the skin's regeneration process.

With Effaclar A.I., the deeply purged imperfections will disappear. The skin regains a perfectly homogenous surface.
