Apply a pea-sized amount of meridol HALITOSIS tooth & tongue gel on the nubs of the tongue cleaner and brush your tongue. Flip over the tongue cleaner and clean the tongue with the scraper by removing the coating gently from back to front. Rinse briefly with water.
